Cancellation Policy
In order to provide the most personalized educational experience for you, All Dent Learning Center Courses are strictly limited to a certain class size. As a result, many dentists must wait for months before they can attend. Even though we have a long waiting list, it is our experience that very few dentists can rearrange their office and personal schedules to attend with less than a 14 day notice. Short notice cancellations almost always deprive someone else from using the spot reserved for you.We hope you will be sensitive to the fact that the doctors and technicians on the All Dent Learning Center faculty must commit to time away from their practices and laboratories to be there for you, and they must plan ahead to produce models, order supplies, and course materials.
All Dent Learning Center will apply tuition of cancelled class to another class, of your choice, that you are available to attend. This includes all assistants attending.
OR
If it is 14 days prior to the class, or you simply do not show up for the class, we will not refund any part of the cost paid.
